Some Things We've Been Doing Lately

On the way home from Cedar City, we decided to stop at Cove Fort to see Parley and Kathy Baldwin, who are the directors of that church historical site. I stopped there with Ben last summer and have wanted Glen to go there one time when Parley is still there. It was great to see the Baldwins again. Parley was my boss, who happened to be Glen's bishop, at the time we met, dated and then eventually got married.

For a date night, we went to check out Ray and Maurine's new house. It was about a year ago when a drunk driver crashed into their house and made a gigantic hole in the side of the house. The new brick on the outside and other improvements on the inside of the house are wonderful. We enjoyed the delicious steak dinner that we ate there. The gigantic steaks were courtesy of Rich and Barbara.

This old building close to Ray and Maurine's home is where Glen's dad attended school.

Last week, we had dinner with Dave and Bonnie at Ruby Tuesday's. Their birthdays are just a day apart, so it was a double celebration.

Rebecca invited us to attend a play that her friend was in and then we found out Ben's friend, Chase, was also in the play.

It's a small world.
