What It Takes To Keep Brooke Occupied On General Conference Weekend

Dallas and Rebecca brought the girls up on Saturday to participate in that day's sessions of General Conference with us. I know Glen was happy to have a son go with him to the Priesthood Session. Dallas even talked Glen into going down to the Conference Center to view the proceedings in person and they were lucky enough to get in despite the extremely long line of men and boys waiting to get inside the building. Don't these guys look handsome as they are telling Brooke good-bye?

These are the guys earlier in the day listening to a session of conference.

Here's Caroline playing happily during one of the sessions.

And here is what it took for Brooke to be happy during conference: practicing letters with her mother.

Building a marker tower.

Playing with the SkipBo and Uno cards, coloring, sorting colored pencils, playing with the Easter decorations, eating pretzels and fishies, etc.

Counting moneys.

And lining up food storage cans in the basement.

What a busy girl!

I love the spaghetti-o line up. Is 11 her favorite number?

I had no idea that Brooke ever played with the money. Where was I?

Perhaps I should teach her how to count from 13-20...

Brooke the magician! -- how is it she counted 20+ coins using only 5 or 6 numbers? The world may never know...
