Merry Christmas Day; Dallas and Rebecca's 20th Anniversary the Day After Christmas

After Rebecca's and Ben's families were finished opening their presents on Christmas Day, and the children had some time to play with their new toys, they came over to eat leftovers from the Christmas Eve family dinner. 

We were wishing Sarah's family could have been with us both those days, but are glad to hear they are getting better from their illnesses. Glen and I took them some leftovers that day so they could enjoy the same food we were eating.

Ben brought some new games he was sure I would like. Sure enough--not only did I like them, but the others did as well!!

HAPPY ANNIVERSARY to DALLAS and REBECCA the day after Christmas.

I sent them a news article recounting the huge snowstorm 20 years ago which we all experienced as we were trying to get to their wedding at the Salt Lake Temple and their reception that evening in Provo. 

The article stated, "On Christmas Day in 2003, the snow started falling, kicking off what would turn out to be one of the worst single storms in Utah history. The storm lasted all the way through the holidays, finally coming to an end on December 31st."

Dallas's anniversary post really touched my heart.
